Shipping to the EU and US

EU Customers: With the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), an EU representative has to be appointed for each of my products, and this is not within my means as a small business. Until I can find an economical solution, I have to suspend sales to the EU.

USA Customers: With US Tariffs applying to all parcels shipping from the UK, I am expected to collect duties at the point of sale on behalf of the US Government.

For packages sent without these pre-paid tariffs, a number of shipping sites are quoting that the recipient will be charged a flat fee (of at least $80) before they will be given their parcel. This interim charge will be in effect for around 6 months. After that items will be taxed on their declared value.

I am unable handle this so I have had to temporarily suspend all sales to the US until the situation resolves itself.

As a small business this hurts me hugely. If you would still like to support me, please find a friend in the UK who can forward it onto you. In the meantime I will be working to try and find a resolution.
